I read all e-mail, except for that which is miscategorized as spam (a surprisingly high portion). However, my e-mail turnaround time can sometimes get as high as several weeks. I receive far more e-mail (most of it unimportant) than I have time to deal with on a day-to-day basis, and often only get a chance to read it when I have a big block of free time.
